Cancellation , Refund & Returns Policy

For the benefit of our buyers, we aim to provide all relevant details on our website for each item along with their images. This takes a whole lot of effort to compile.Please make sure to select the right product as per your requirement as unfortunately, We do not accept returns. In the event of any manufacturing defect brought to our notice within 3 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement product at the earliest. We will need you to send back the product in its Original Packing with all accessories, instruction booklets, etc. that came with the pack (if any). Timelines of which will be informed to you at the time of generating a Return Request.

A return request can be raised by sending an email to orders@califorca.ae. Although we take necessary steps to assure the correct product is delivered to you, in the event that a wrong product is delivered to you, please raise a Return Request within 3 days from delivery and well arrange to replace it with the correct product. Please mention the Order number in your Return Request.

Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
